Wayside Farm & Dairy-Wayside, WI

The family of our project manager owns the Wayside Dairy and we were invited to tour their farm and dairy.  Wayside is about 20 miles south of Green Bay.

 

The day we visited they were cutting alfalfa hay.

This sign was in the maintenance building.  There is also one at the main entrance to the dairy.

About 1750 cows are milked 3 times a day which fill 3 milk trucks.
