Bonneville Mill, Bristol, Indiana

Bonneville Mill is the oldest continually operating grist mill in Indiana.  It has produced quality flour for over 150 years.  It has been managed by the Elkhart County Park and Recreation Board since 1969.  It remains an example of working antiquity by grinding flour from May through October.  The mill grinds corn, wheat, rye, and buckwheat the old-fashioned way.
